By creating an account or using any PI Hosting service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all hosting plans, add-ons, and support services provided by PI Hosting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

You may not use PI Hosting services to host illegal content, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in any activity that harms our network or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy to protect the integrity of our infrastructure.

Hosting services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your plan renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Prices may change with prior notice. Any changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required and we will provide notice where possible.

PI Hosting is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
