Money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund of your hosting fees.
This gives you time to test our infrastructure and support with confidence.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket from your client area within the eligible period. Our team will process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Non-refundable services
Renewals, administrative fees, and any services explicitly marked as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund.
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are also not eligible.
Cancellations
You may cancel your hosting plan at any time from your client area. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund outside the guarantee period.
