Open the Email Accounts tool

In cPanel, scroll to the Email section and click Email Accounts. Then click the Create button.

Choose the domain, type the address you want such as info or sales, and set a strong password. Choose a mailbox storage size, then click Create.

You can now send and receive mail through webmail or by connecting the account to an email app on your phone or computer.
